We contacted Acme Roof Systems after they were referred by a friend. They sent out their salesman and project manager, ************************* to assess our roof after the spring hail storms last year. **************** inspected our roof, gutters and fence. We were provided a quote and time table for the repair on our roof, gutters and fence. They have been nothing short of exceptional. From making the paperwork seamless, to helping guide us thru the insurance process, to the scheduling of everything. New roof goes on tomorrow and we couldn't be more excited. The entire metroplex is their territory. If you need a new roof, give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.
I got quotes from three roofing companies and Acme's price was the best. After signing the contract they had me scheduled within a week, and started and completed my job in one day (2000 sq ft house). I needed a cricket added to my chimney, and they had their foreman do they job. He was very careful with it, and seemed to take the time to make sure everything fit perfectly against the chimney. They cleaned up well afterwards. Communications were great.
The leve of customer service with Acme is unparalleled! They explained the process including details, the representative was very personable and helpful, and they cleaned up really nice lady after the job.
Jody had his crew here on time and they did an excellent job of taking care of the problems in our attic and one soffit area on the outside of our home. Price charged was very fair. Thanks!
