The job was a little pricier than I expected, based on some internet research, but the tech was very knowledgable and able to fix my broken garage door springs on the spot.
Very honest with quote and estimated amount of time for completion.
The Tech was very well mannered and had all the parts that were needed in his truck. He also did not pressure me into something I did not ask for but informed me when I asked the questions.
Got basically a sub-contractor. Don't know if those other companies used subs or not. Would have preferred a company man but this is my first experience with HomeAdvisors. Will probably try HomeAdvisors again.

I was in kind of a time bind in that I arrived home fairly late to find my garage door spring had broken in half, so door would not open. Haven't used homeadvisor in a few years, but decided it may be the quickest way to find a garage door repair co. After being contacted by this company, a tech was there just outside of an hour the same evening.
