Within an hour Alf showed up and expertly assessed the situation and patiently explained what needed to be done. I will look to do business with this group again!
Ralph of Action Doors arrived within 30 minutes of my call for service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, recommending the parts and service I needed. He replaced the rollers and performed the tune-up in less than an hour, gave me a great explanation of the charges and warranty and future concerns to look out for. Our garage door would not close with just one click of the remote. Sometimes it took up to 7 or 8 clicks! How annoying! Cory came out first thing the day after we called. He analyzed the problem in minutes, gave us several options, explained the pros and cons of each option and gave us concise costs for each option. One of my springs had broke on my garage door called Action Garage had a guy (Brian) out in 20 min Brian did the work on the springs and replaced the rollers in less than an hour keep up the good work Will definitely call them back in the future
I would really like to let everyone know these guys and gals are AWESOME!!!! my garage door spring broke so I called them and they where at my home really fast the techs name was Brian and I have to say he was very professional and fixed it FAST.. what a great company to call... will use them again .... highly recommend!!!
