No high pressure or pushy sales. Very friendly staff. Installation was as scheduled and done professionally. Good quality products and a lot of choices. I would highly recommend.
We had 3 bedrooms and a large living room replaced with flooring, carpet replacement in a large bedroom. The crew did an outstanding job over a 2 day period, which I do not believe it could be any better. I did end spending more than the estimate, but only because the living room floor required 18 bags of float cement due to unevenness. I would definitely hire again.
It took us some time to pick out what we wanted but you were very patient with us and worked very hard to find what would work. The installers, the DeLeon family, did an outstanding job installing the pattern I wanted and making everything look beautiful. Thank you so much.

Great price, Brett was an excellent sells associate, and the installers did a great job, fast, clean very professional. Carpet was done extremely fast. Wood took a little bit longer but only because my floors were uneven.

The hickory flooring is beautiful. The installer Luis did a great job -- very pleased with how it looks. He consulted me on every detail of how to lay the wood, the direction of the run, and how to replace the existing baseboards. Luis is an artisan, he laid the flooring carefully with good craftsmanship. Very pleased.
