I thought the work was pretty expensive. The technician was great, clean and professional and extremely courteous, did not have to be prompted to put the little booties over his shoes to keep from tramping dirt into the house, and thoroughly explained every issue and the proper corrective measures,and did not attempt to pad the bill by trying to add unnecessary repairs. Jackie and Johnnyarrived in a will kept panel truck andwereprofessionallyand neatly dressed. We went over the work I needed done and heexplained what he would do and the pricing. They answered all my questions and explained things as they went through the work being done. I live in a rural area andunexpected things can happen as it did this time. The plumber and a trainee arrived on time, listened to my explanations of the problems, and went right to work finding the problem with the toilet. He then explained what needed to be done and gave me a price for the work. After I, agreed they worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job to my satisfaction. Before they left they gave me a coupon good for any future service. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems. When Jackie, the lead plumber, came to give me the estimate, it included going down through the slab at the point of the leak. However, when he endeavored to go through the slab with a jack hammer, he hit a beam. They then had to change course to tunnel in. A $2500 job quickly when to $7500, which I signed the contract of tunneling in about 16-20 feet. When they tunneled in, they hit rock and then a beam that went cross wise. Bewley Plumbing sent two gentlemen for the job. They arrived on time and were both very professional and friendly. In addition to the faucet replacement they identified a minor problem in our drain trap which they repaired while under there for free. Overall the job took an hour. We were very pleased with the experience. Bewley Plumbing replaced a broken kitchen faucet with a new faucet we have purchased at Home Depot.

Really good. They were in and out quickly. I was very pleased with their work Cut and sertored a new fitting on my kitchen sink. It was a difficult job as there was little room and it was very close to the wall.

Not a huge job as far as plumbing issues go (Installed faucet and replace three shut-off valves), but they were the best price and they did a good job. Recommended. Installed faucet and replace three shut-off valves.

Called them on 6/11, along with 2 other plumbers. Their estimate was at least 15 % lower, and they informed me up front that a permit and inspection would be required, but the cost of the inspection was included in the total fee. Once on site, they found some small issues that needed to be addressed, and took care of them without major adjustments to my original estimate.
