They’re reasonably priced and we haven’t had problems with them. They’ve been very knowledgeable! They’ve replaced spiggots most recently. I’ve worked with them twice.
I had water coming up through the carpet in my hallway in front of the utility closet and the bedroom and based on Angie's List reviews I contacted Bewley on 2/20/2013. They responded right away that day and Hutch came out and located the leak below the slab in the master bedroom closet. The first time, I needed an existing kitchen faucet replaced with a new unit I had purchased elsewhere. I called a number of plumbing companies and asked for a general estimate, not a guaranteed price, and all the better known plumbing companies flatly refused. I took a chance on one, had to pay a trip charge and they had the audacity to tell me it would cost $610 to remove the old faucet and put on the new one!!! Described above. They replaced the inside mechanics to a toilet that was continuously running. They were prompt and fixed it quickly. They do not charge by the hour, but by the job. I haven't had a plumber fix this type of issue previously so I have nothing to compare to on whether it is fair market price or not, but I would use them again if needed.
I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the plumber. Will use them again. Had laundry drain cleaned.
Everything went great! I had a pipe that comes from the road to the copper pipe that leads into the house bust. I came out on a Saturday morning and noticed the garden and a portion of the front yard was soaked. I called Bewley Plumbing and they were completely booked that day, but they would call me that afternoon to let me know if they could get out there on Sunday. My outside faucet was leaking and unusable because handle was dangerously loose. I called Bewley Plumbing and they were able to send someone out the very next day to replace it. Kevin and Bryan were very professional, arrived on schedule and finished the work quickly. They replaced the hydrant on back with one that is frostproof. I was very pleased and will use this company again and recommend them to my friends. Replaced hydrant in back yard.
Hutch and Bryan arrived on time and proceeded to look at the hoseI had ordered for our leaking kitchen faucet. They determined that rather than a pull out hose a connector was needed. Since this was the second time they had made a trip to our house to look at the faucet, a Grohe for which parts have to be special ordered, Hutch asked for their phone number so he could personally call and order thecorrect part. From start to finish, the whole thing took less than two hours. This is from the initial call to their business to the completion of the work. Considering we called on a Sunday morning, the time that it took for everything was very fast. It was a little expensive (maybe because it was a Sunday), but the warranty and fast turnaround time more than paid for itself.
