Everything went well. They were prompt and pointed out some potential problem areas and provided an estimate for additional repairs Drained the hot water heater and did a general plumbing inspection

It went very well. I am very satisfied with the work completed and the service from the plumbers and office staff. I will use them in the future for any plumbing needs. The reason I gave them a "B" for price is because all plumbing is expensive, but their prices are competitive and no higher than other plumbing businesses, but the work and service was great on all accounts. Two bathroom cartridges were replaced because of a leaking faucet, eleven quarter turn cut off valves were replaced that were not working properly. This ... read more

It was Great! Replace Toilet
Charlie the master plumber working the project was professional, on time, and knew what he was doing. He did a great job and was very helpful in explaining everything he worked on. He was super thorough in his work. The office was also courteous and always called to give a heads-up on when the plumber was on the way and answered any questions related to the project. Test for gas leak, fix gas leaks, replace about 20 feet worth of gas pipes

They showed up on time and performed the services paid for in a very timely and professional manner. Explained things clearly to my husband. My toilet has never flushed better!! Toilet not flushing correctly -- had to hold handle down for long time.

They replaced parts in the problem toilet tank and also reviewed and made recommendations as needed on all toilets, sinks, tubs, showers and hot water heater. The toilet that was repaired was fine for about a week then a new problem started occurring. I called to report the issue and they came back right away and replaced a part that apparently was defective (at no additional charge). The toilet has worked perfectly since then.
