Ed Brown has sold me equipment for my salons since 1996. They have great options. Jack is our usual service guy and he is a rock star. The reason for 3 stars is the system to obtain service. I believe it may be an answering service manned by staff who have no access to your data. The result is that you have to share all contact info again each time you need a service. Eric took the time to understand my requirements and recommended the perfect machines that have significantly streamlined our laundry operations. From the moment I made inquiries to the post-purchase support, their team was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and accommodating.
Bought three parts from Ed Brown distributor. Two parts are defective. One works. Called technician support with two people and it didn’t work. Brought them back. They gave me two option: 20% for restocking fee or claim for its warranty. That’s ridiculous. I never used it. I just want another replacement or my money back. This kind of policy drives me to order online for cheaper price and better return policy.
Our organization has used the services of Ed Brown since 2015. Recently we had to replace one of our commercial washers. Install was timely and the techs were very kind. Jesse is typically our service tech and he is great at providing customer service.
