We had a problem with the fence after installation. Rustic used brackets with bolts that point straight out, past the post itself. Rustic didn't mention any difference or give us a safety warning. Our dog Marshall was chasing a squirrel when he brushed against a fence post. One of the bolts cut him down the side and we rushed him to the animal hospital for emergency surgery. Rustic Fence Specialists Incorporated did my fence. I wasn't as happy with them. I called an left a message, he called me back, and then he was going to call me back to get more information. He never called me back, I finally sent a email to the manager, and I had a hard time staying in touch with him. After he said that he was done, I went out there and they weren't. They had to get somebody back which, they did. The work got done, but I felt like the contractor on that job. I had so much trouble trying to get a hold of him... read more

Salesman was pleasant enough but not particularly effective or knowledgeable. Hard time getting phone calls return. Also charged our discover card for half the agreed price and then nothing was done for at least 6 was. That being said we were satisfied with the job.
Contact person,Joe, sounded very professional and helpful. He understood the job was a small patio to be fenced and the work date (6 weeks after the call) was VERY important for I was leaving town for 2 weeks,. On work day nobody showed up and I heard nothing. When I finally reached Joe he was apologetic and set another date for later. The installer was sloppy (left nails in driveway,etc.). Replace complete fence went well used them a 2nd time at another house they do good work they are there when they say they will be there and their prices are comoetitive
I have been trying to get an estimate for fence repair from this company since early March. I have called numerous times and the receptionist always apologizes but then I never hear from anyone. Poor customer service.Poorly. Can't get an estimate so I won't be dealing with them, EVER!
