Ralph has taken training to a new level. He is full of energy which makes it fun and memorable. The training materials are like nothing I have ever seen before!
This is a great class for the New Home Sales person that is new to the business, as well as for the experienced sales person. This class was a great refresher on how to sell new homes, the right way, with passion and excitement! I know that I will benefit greatly from the old and new things that I learned in their class!

I just finished the 2 day course. Great sales training course whether your a rookie or an old pro. I highly recommend this course to everyone. Ralph and Mar'Sue were great and made the days fly by.

I went into New Home Sales School expecting to learn. I did not, however, expect to be fundamentally challenged and stretched to a new level of passion for this industry! Ralph and Mar Sue have taken their hard earned experience (and reputations for being the BEST in the business) and dedicated themselves to changing lives! Not your ordinary "training", folks! Be prepared to leave inspired to take on the world!
Even though Ralph and Mar'sue are old pros they still bring the passion and energy in everything they do. They truly care about your success. If you listen and apply their techniques you cannot fail!
