The last two days I have learned more about new homes sales than I have in my 10 months being with my builder! It's been so educational and entertaining, thank y'all for everything!
Classes were not only informative, they are entertaining and fun! Ralph, Mar'Sue and Roland are good people who don't try to teach slick, sleazy salesman techniques. They truly help you understand the different buyers personalities and how to serve each of them and make the process as painless as possible for everyone involved. You won't regret taking this class!!!
It's refreshing to have an opportunity to hear people who have practiced what they preach with proven success feel compelled to share their wisdom to improve and help others. The entire team is wonderful and this kind of training is priceless.
