i called them on a Saturday and they were able to make the repair the same day. they arrived on time and got my garage door working again quickly for a reasonable price.
Service was outstanding. The repair man was on time, new what he was doing, and replaced the opener. He explained the issue and had the parts with him. I had an issue with a screw coming loose and it took one phone call to Action and the issue was resolved in record time.
