Installed our Cortex floors 4 years ago for our whole 3,000 sqft house. Foors water and scratch proof. 3 dogs and swimming pool put it though the test. Floors are great and install fantastic. But the best part we had a water issue where ice maker connection leaked water between slab and floor in one room.
