I was very pleased with the quality, honesty and timeliness.
Very prompt and on time. Did not call when tech was on the way like they said they would but it was within the time frame they gave. Tech was Will and he fixed the problem very quickly. Nice guy.
Great customer service but Im not sure the rollers were necessary to replace.
