Very quick service and good installation
I have a garage that was most likely built in the 1950s. For what I had back there, Action doors did a great job installing the garage doors. They left a mess behind that I had to sweep up, and that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Overall 5 stars.. but had to deal with the upsell attempt. Explained about my 1 spring garage door. They sent out a guy. Guy arrives and says they dont have 1 single spring to replace my 1single spring and tries to sell me 2 separate springs to do the same job. After I refuse, they "find" a spring that will work. They took longer trying to find the 1 spring (in a van mind you) then it took to replace the spring. All in all, excellent price (stuck to it in the end) and fast service even with the van wide search... Would I hir... read more
Very courteous, prompt and knowledgable
Very professional
They sent a nice guy named Will. They called before they came. He saw the problem right away. He explained it and gave me two options and prices. He stuck to his pricing and got the job done in about an hour. Good job, nice guy. checked out and greased the rest of the rollers, rails, etc.
They were very prompt in responding to my request. My issue started out as a service issue then turned into a new sale. Communication with the service tech was not good initially. He did not make me aware of ALL the issues before giving me a quote that addressed the immediated need (broken tnesion spring). Additional costs were given after the new spring did not fix the issue.
