The garage door was bent. The guy straightened it with a hammer when it should have been replaced. I spent $400 for a repair and I still have to replace the garage door which I can no longer open and close. Ugh!

Wouldn't give ballpark pricing information up front until someone had visited my house and seen the problem. At my house was told a price of $375 to replace 2 garage door springs - seemed excessive but was told springs were $100 each ( same ones $38 on Home Depot website). The cost quoted already had factored in the $50 rebate coupon on their website. Arrived quickly and did a great job but had my car not been trapped inside the garage I would have found someone way cheaper - felt conned
ordered door mid December, Because of size issues, it became a special order. New door didn't show up until Jan 13, install was scheduled, we were there, install crew showed up and postponed install until next day. Install partially completed next day, but they didn't have correct hardware for locking door. Now on order and we might see it in a couple weeks. Planning and making sure all materials were ordered is quite lacking. We like the door so far.
i thought they would be here in the morning but did not come out until the afternoon. Had to stay home all day
The repairman showed up on time, very polite, spent an hour to tune up my garage door. But the operator was old need replacement. They charged me the replacement plus the tune up. I don't know if they should just charged me the replacement. But they were nice to come back to give me the second remote for free.
They sent someone out about 9:30pm he came in looked at door and said 185.00 that was 50.00 service. Call I had no choice but to say ok my door would not close he was here about fifteen mins. He fixed my door but I think the price was way to high for what he had to do but he had me I had to get my door closed. So I paid it and will never use them again.
Don't over sell. Customers DON'T like that.
