Very please with the service. The tech (I believe it was Justin) who came to do the repair was just super, he made sure that the repair was done right and that I am happy with his work.
I think that they are overpriced for what they did. I had a door that was off the track and out of balance. It took less than an hour and the charge was $320 plus a service charge of $35. How ever, the tech was very professional, courteous and friendly. He let me know up front what the repair would cost, explained what he was doing and why, answered all my questions fully and went about his job most competently. I highly reccomend him to all and because of his service reccomend his company.
Saleman was great. Low rating because the office dropped the ball on the installation date which specific. They did regroup and sent a lone installer (the saleman) to complete the job. It took most a day for what should have been a 3 hour job at most. I was not present but the fit at the opening is gapped a bit, which was blamed on the frame. (what was told to my wife). Very quick service and good installation
I have a garage that was most likely built in the 1950s. For what I had back there, Action doors did a great job installing the garage doors. They left a mess behind that I had to sweep up, and that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Overall 5 stars.. but had to deal with the upsell attempt. Explained about my 1 spring garage door. They sent out a guy. Guy arrives and says they dont have 1 single spring to replace my 1single spring and tries to sell me 2 separate springs to do the same job. After I refuse, they "find" a spring that will work. They took longer trying to find the 1 spring (in a van mind you) then it took to replace the spring.
