I initially agreed to a belt-drive garage door opener and spring replacement after a conversation with Mike, who tells me to call the sales manager on the day of installation to finalize price. On the date of installation, the technician only has a chain-drive opener and no spring. I tried to speak with the sales manager about this and he quotes me full retail price on everything, but I finally talk him down to about a bit and get him to include some extras.
