From the start of the initial visit to our home for measurement, to selection of material, to scheduling and finally installation everything was seamless. The men who removed the old wood floors and installed the new flooring were exceptional. Mili I am so pleased with my new wood flooring and tiles. Everyone did an excellent job. From Phil who was extremely helpful and attentive from beginning to end of the installation process, Fredy and his crew who paid attention to details doing an excellent job, and Israel and his son and crew who went above and beyond to install the wood starter steps that look incredibly good. Phil came out and did a good job evaluating our problem. Moisture under the wood. Freddy came out and removed the damaged wood. After waiting for the concrete to dry, Freddy came back out and installed the replacement planks. My advise - keep extra planks after installation, and make sure you keep moisture out. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

My husband and I were very pleased with the complete process of working with All-Pro Floors. The selection of flooring was extensive and the installation was quick, efficient, and well done. Also, our contact with Geoff Brown and other personnel was pleasant and informative.
We were given the completion date of 3 days. However, they worked diligently to complete the job in 2 1/2 days. They were very particular in their work! JOB WELL DONE!!! Thank you Phil....
