Phil came out and did a good job evaluating our problem. Moisture under the wood. Freddy came out and removed the damaged wood. After waiting for the concrete to dry, Freddy came back out and installed the replacement planks. My advise - keep extra planks after installation, and make sure you keep moisture out. Overall, I was pleased with the service.
My husband and I were very pleased with the complete process of working with All-Pro Floors. The selection of flooring was extensive and the installation was quick, efficient, and well done. Also, our contact with Geoff Brown and other personnel was pleasant and informative.
We were given the completion date of 3 days. However, they worked diligently to complete the job in 2 1/2 days. They were very particular in their work! JOB WELL DONE!!! Thank you Phil....

Our new wood floors look amazing. All Pro Floors did a fantastic job, very clean (including carpet and tile removal) and on time. The selection process was very easy, the quotation and final price were accurate, the installation crew was were dedicated and worked long hours to keep the project on time.
