All Pro customer service was truly outstanding. From the owner to every worker that came to my house. I had many changes to my original idea throughout the process and the response from the team was very professional, understanding and a simple "no problem". Even though the business name is All Pro Flooring, they really do it all. For any future work, i plan to go straight to them and not even bother with getting other bids. After trips to the "big box stores" and others, Phil Davis showed us the "MADE IN AMERICA" flooring we were looking for which we had not found elsewhere. His "no pressure" professional explanation of the flooring, all possible and accurate cost estimates for installation and time lines were impressive. We had All Pro Floors put in a wood floor in our master bedroom and a new stainless steel sink in our kitchen. Everyone at All Pro was excellent to work with and we could not be happier with the services. We highly recommend this company and would us them again.

Replaced all the carpet in our two story house. Over 2,100 square feet of carpet. I did a lot of internet research. My wife and I visited several flooring dealers. Some made you feel like you were buying a new car. All-Pro in Southlake made us feel welcomed. They listened to questions, explained the technical differences and even found the specs on a carpet we had looked at at a different dealer. My husband and I were nervous about the installation of our wood floors but the guys did a fantastic job, were super professional and courteous, and cleaned up all mess, which was immense. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Wahnema: she is extremely knowledgeable and was there to answer all the questions that we had. A few days after the floors were installed, I knocked a lamp off a side table while cleaning and Wahnema sent the installer out and and had him replace the chipped planks at no charge to us! We had a foundation leak in our kitchen that damaged the tiles an carpet in adjoining room. We made the decision to replace all the tile and carpet downstairs with wood floors. I can't express how happy we are with the final result and new floors.
