The installation was great, but we recently discovered that $1000 cash was stolen during this installation. The only people in my home were the installers.

All Pro Floors came from a family recommendation. We went to the facility on S. Cooper in Arlington and were impressed by their selection. We met with sales person-Wynemah Fuller and were impressed with her product knowledge. She did seem bothered by all of our questions and used terms "in the flooring business" that I had no idea what she meant, when i asked, she was "short" with me--It is hard to describe, but I just did not get a sense of caring.
