Approximately 12/15/2010 I e-mailed Rustic fence to have them contact me about an estimate for a vinyl fence. I waited a couple days for a reply via e-mail or a phone call, nothing. Monday the 20th of Dec. I called their office and spoke with a lady and told her what had happened. She asked me my zip code and I old her. I requested an estimate for replacing a fence running down the entire east side of my property. The representative responded to my email very quickly and completed the estimate as requested. While I did not elect to hire them for this job, I will certainly give them serious consideration for my next fence replacement.Overall I was pleased with their professionalism.
Estimate for 80 foot section of wrought iron fence.Estimate done and then unable to reach them again. Multiple calls to estmator and office with none returned. A complete waste of my time.
Came to give estimate and then disappeared.Came out to look at project and then disappeared. Multiple phone calls not answered. When I asked at the office if someone else could come out, I was told there was only one person per area and I would have to wait.
Removal and replacement of over 196' of wood fence.I had an initial estimate completed in 2006 to remove and replace approximately 196' of fence but had to delay following up and scheduling a start date. Rustic Fence replaced a chain link sliding gate at our commercial business.When we were bidding for the work they were very aggressive and had the lowest bid but once they got the job things changed. They were slow to get the gate installed and we had to make several calls to them to find out when they would install and the original date was missed by about a week. I called and was told someone would call back for an estimate. I have yet to receive a call back and it has been 2 weeks. So, I will move on with someone who is more reliable.If a company cannot return calls in a timely fashion, then I do not understand how they can continue to create new customers.
