My garage door was making a popping sound and I didn't know what to do so I call Action and within the hour they had a repair man out to fix it. He explained what had happened to the door and that he had what he needed to repair it on his truck. Within thirty minutes he was finished. This was a great relief to me as I was worried the door would come crashing down on my car. I will continue to use them when I have a problem.
We called another tech and got an outrageous price for replacement of springs. We called Action Door and was surprised in the difference in cost. Of course we with Action Door. We called on a Friday evening and received service on Saturday morning. The tech was very polite, patient and took time to explain what was needed and kept us updated as he did the work.
