Our service technician David was timely polite and extremely efficient and functional in putting up a new motor and changing out the existing wheels on the opener. I marvel at how someone who knows his business so well an be so efficient with his motion. David had no wasted motion in completing the required installation. This is a first rate company that knows what it is doing

A spring on my garage door failed in late morning a couple of days ago. By 1:00pm that same day David arrived to replace the spring and to point out that the center support bearing had failed, damaging the 16-foot steel pole that forms the heart of the opener mechanism. After consulting with me, he replaced the spring, pole and bearing and was finished within the hour. David did an excellent repair job and the door opener works more smoothly and quietly than it has in years!
I was quite pleased with the whole explanation of what Springs I would need and why the weight of the door determined which Springs I should have put on. Michael was very informative and professional. I would absolutely use Action for future problems.
