The repairmen, Brian and Ryan B. were very knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and knew exactly how to resolve the issues. The work was also done in a very timely manner.
Very surprised at the speed of getting an appointment, with in a couple of hours the specialist was fixing my garage spring. Very knowledgable, explained how the spring that was broke was not even the right spring. Explained how the weight of the door determines the size of the spring to be used and how to install the new one. Will definately use again!
Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and had a solution in place in less than an hour. Polite and professional.
Our technician, Michael, went above and beyond what we expected. Our 22 year-old opener needed a part. He went ½ hour away to pick it up and then returned at the end of the day after his other scheduled calls to install it. Not many companies have employees that will go to that much effort. He is very polite and knowledgeable! Job well done!
Recently had Action come out to adjust our garage door which had some issues opening and closing. I have used them for several years and I have found them to be very dependable, responsive and anyone we have had out has been courteous and have always fixed the problem. Had them most recently out after Christmas 2015 and they fixed everything and it is in excellent working order.
My experience with Action was excellent. It was a very professional job. I'd use Action again. A+ from me.
Very good job overall. I was able to make the appointment for the same day I called. David, the serviceman, called and said he could come out earlier than our appointment time if that worked for me. He know what he was doing, had all the equipment and parts with him, and completed the job quickly.
Called in the morning and tech was at the house in a few hours. Timely, efficient, and friendly repair.
