As I was leaving for work this morning, our garage door came off the rail. I called Action and they had a technician scheduled within a couple of hours. He called before arriving so that I was able to meet him at our house. Once there, he assessed the issue, gave me a quote and then promptly performed the work. Our door runs smoother than ever! Prompt service, quality work and a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Action!
David, the technician. arrived on time and began his review. He explained what was needed and what my options were to complete the repair. I told him what I wanted and he began to work He completed the repair in a timely manner. He was courteous at all times and answered all of my questions. I will recommend Action Garage Door if asked by my friends and neighbors.
We have been using Action for over 5 years now, and our most recent problem was resolved by the absolute best repairman to date. Michael went way beyond the call of duty and did value-added work and extra time spent on site. He also made my wife feel comfortable with both his communication and his work effort. I live in Coppell & use Action for my garage work so gave them a call this morning to help me on a Dallas rental property garage door not working. Shawn took the call & scheduled me today. It was perfect! David met me there & did an awesome job checking everything out & making sure everything was in tip top shape when he left. Even explained the control panels as well as left the sticker on the unit so I've got it handy next time. Great job! Great Service!
Excellent, quick and professional job by David for replacing my garage door springs. He also gave me some tips on door maintenance, We are repeat customers, and will be coming back. (Hopefully not soon, however).
Technician (Alfredo) was punctual, courteous and friendly. Fixed everything promptly at a reasonable price, even on a Saturday. Have used Action for over 10 years and keep coming back for all of these reasons.
