David did a wonderful job of replacing the motor and rollers for us and explaining everything that needed to be done. The job was completed in a very timely manner and I was very pleased with the results.
Our tech, Ryan B did a wonderful job for us. Being retired and disabled we always need to try to save money. He was able to make adjustments so that we could keep it going for awhile longer. When we do need another door we will surely call your company for the new door. We appreciate that he didn't try to hard sale us at this point. Both visits, one for estimate and other for installation were very professional and technician had the repair done in minimum time at a very fair price. Only suggestion I would make is that who ever gives an estimate of time for technician to arrive, should think about increasing estimate as arrival time both days were late from estimate given. I do not fault the technician as the traffic is heavy most days but customers get a perception from info given and a good estimate of arrival is their first chance to judge. Not a ... read more
JR was at our home within the one hour window as promised, in fact he was here in 40 minutes. He installed a new door opener and did the yearly maintenance of our garage door in just over 30 minutes. Our garage door is working very smoothly and less noisy now. We have been using this company since 2002.

Be careful about what you are quoted on the phone and what the technician quotes you when they show up. it's never the same. and yes I do understand if they find something that's different that needs to be repaired. Brian was the technician and I really like him, he's great and did a wonderful job. Showed up on time and very professional.
Came immediately when called. Was upfront about the problem. Installed a new opener in a timely matter.
