Being new to the area I didn't know who to call for our garage door repair. I was almost scammed by another garage door company-Garage Door & Spring Replacement. Thankfully I called Action Garage Door Repair Specialists and they were able to come out right away. They did a thorough check and repaired the door properly. I was extremely pleased with the service and I would highly recommend Action Garage Door Repair Specialists!

I accidentally reversed into my garage door at 6pm. I called Action Garage Door and they were able to get to my house within 25 minutes. Jake was very professional and friendly. He fixed my garage door back on track, tuned and up and running all within 45 minutes. I was prepared to buy a new garage door, but Jake said he could fix it and it wasn't that bad at all. I was very pleased at the professionalism from the woman who took my call to the technician who arrived at my house. His name is John and he did a wonderful job not only repairing my door but also explaining how the door works and how to keep it lubricated . I will definitely recommend Plano Over- head to anyone who needs help with a garage door.

I do not normally give a perfect rating since humans are not perfect. The service technicians' (Shawn & Ian) work AND work ethics are examples of how close to perfection one can get. It all started with a reply call 5 minutes after I left voicemail for service! IN FIVE MINUTES!!! Shawn & Ian arrived well within the ETA. They both were polite & courteous, clean & well equipped (WD), and worked in-synched as if they were twins. Both of my doors needed to either be repaired and tuned up or replaced. Ryan was fantastic - obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. He took time to assess the condition of the existing doors and components and provided quotes for both options. No pressure at all - He provided complete information which helped me make the right decision. I went for the repairs. Ralph was great. Very professional. Gave me excellent advice and worked quickly. When he posted a label with the company's name and phone number close to my garage door opener, I thought "Good, because I will use them again."

Called for service on my garage door and within a short time of my call, Brian arrived. Brian is extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He let us know the problem and made suggestions as to what we could do without a "hard sell". Fixed the problem in a timely manner and cleaned up afterward. Very pleased!

VERY VERY GOOD, J.R. was very professional, sized the situation up and fixed it promptly. He knew what he was doing, worked efficiently; and was able to quote me prices. He arrived on time, and got the job done. I liked the fact he didn't have to have helper. He was also dressed appropriately, and no shorts hanging down to his knees. Very professional. Thanks. definitely recommend their service. I have been hesitant to get service people out because of bad experience and walking into my house. But he was GOOD!!!
