I had a broken spring, Chad the technician, called back before arriving and gave me an ETA of his arrival of which was on the money. He explained the cost of the springs that needed to be replaced of which it was within reasonable. I guess I did not hear Chad say how much the labor was until I received the invoice. Action Garage Door installed a double car and single car garage door for me two days before Thanksgiving 2014.
