These guys are great! My wife didn't pull into the garage far enough and the door closed partially wedging itself on the car. Shawn & Rob from Action came over exactly when they said they would be here to assess the repairs. They released the door from the car in about 10 minutes and made the best repair to the garage door that exceeded my expectations. Fast Response, Professional, and Courteous! Ian was very helpful, Knowledgable, and patience with us novices. He explained everything, what was wrong, what we could do in future to prevent it, and tips on maintenance for a long door and opener life. After 16 years, it was the first time we had to call out anyone for our garage door, and I know we made the right call!

Have used Action garage door service for more than 10 years always pleased with their service. Just had a technician out (Sean) to replace my garage door rollers and adjust spring tension. Called at 8am and Sean was completed with job by 10 am. He was honest, courteous and professional. Many Thanks!!!

I was leaving town on a trip when my garage door opener stopped working. I couldn't get out of the garage. I was unable to get the emergency release chain to work. Action sent someone out within an hour. He was able to replace a capacitor, and get me on my way. Such a great company.

Action Garage Door has taken care of our garage door service needs a couple of times now and have done a nice job in both instances. The most recent work, the service technician accidentally scratched my car door when he was moving his supplies into the garage. He immediately brought this accident to my attention and was extremely apologetic. The character of the technician and the office manager, Bryan is what impressed me the most.
