The technician arrived within 15 minutes after our call, diagnosed the problem, promptly made the repairs (we didn't time his visit but it had to have taken less than 30 minutes), made some suggestions as to maintenance, and repaired the door. My technician Will was excellent- very knowledgeable and helpful and because of his friendly attitude I would call you again for any problems. I do think a garage door tuneup however should include all aspects of the garage door - ie greasing the chain, the motor and the door parts and not be charged separately because the cost is very high.
