Everything went well. The repairman was on time and very professional and knowledgable. .
I emailed a service request to fix a broken spring at 6 PM Wednesday night, got a call the next morning to confirm an appointment for the 11-1 PM timeframe that afternoon, and Will, the service tech, was at my door at 11. He examined the door, explained the different options I had and went right to work. By 1:00 it was done. I guess I should also mention it was 18 degrees and snowing, too. We had a spring repair completed with Action and there were several things that were done that were above and beyond what I expected. First of all the weather was horrible, but Ralph from Action was not only on time, but he was early. As a lay-person, I had many questions about the repair work that was needed and Ralph answered them all with patience and honesty. Lastly, all the repair work was done in a professional and timely manner. We will be using Action in all of our future garage door repair.
