Warren answered the phone at 8:00 a.m. and was at our front door promptly at 10:00 a.m. He re-lit the pilot light, cleaned the filter, checked the vent and all gas lines for leaks. Because of his honesty we decided we didn't need to replace the water heater at this time. But when we do we will call Warren! The uniformed, licensed plumber and his helper arrived on time and worked well with the other craftsmen present who were handing the carpentry and granite countertop aspects of our kitchen remodeling project. We used them before and were very happy. This time they did a very good job - came on time, removed the old water heater and installed the new one which was already with us, installed the over flow detector and finished the job in 2 hours. Gave us Angie's list discount which brought the labor cost down below $900.00. They gave us a quote and honored it after they finished it. Warren, Carl, and Bryan were all extrememly professional in their work. They were quite willing to discuss issues and suggested solutions, making certain I understood and was comfortable with the work to be done. They were very efficient and tidy. I recommend Bewley Plumbing without hesitation. They came when they said they would be here. They demonstrated exceptional professionalism in the course of replacing our old hot water heater (gas). They answered any questions I had, cleaned up, and were done in about an hour. Fantastic plumbing company with a great technician (Carl). On Sunday night 12/12/2010 I went to bed only to be awakened at 1:30AM by the sound of running water somewhere in the house. After checking all the toilets, icemaker, and laundry fittings, I went outside to find that water was pouring out of the junction box next to the house. Although they had a little problem initially, they ultimately fixed the problem. Toilet was leaking as flush valva could not be properly replaced when we tried to fix toilet leak. They removed and replaced the flush valve and fixed the leak.

I contacted Bewley on Monday 11/29/2010, set up the appointment for Wednesday between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm, and Kevin and Houston were here by 4:00 pm. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They were nice, personable, knowledgeable, worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. I needed a part replaced in the master bath shower faucet. I had the part, but did not know how to install it.
