The sewer line was stopped up causing the toilets to overflow. I called Bewley Plumbing on Monday, December 14th and was told that the plumbers would be here on Tuesday, December 15th between 10:00 am and noon. Brandon and Bryan arrived punctually at 10:00 am and took care of the problem in forty-five minutes. They expained everything and told me what I should do immediately if this situation happens again. Bewley replaced my kitchen faucet apparatus and the sprayer. The matching sprayer was not available and they came back and installed the correct one. Their personnel were professional, came on time and performed the job well. I will use them in the future when necessary. (please note they were kind to my cat who wanted to direct their actions and play in their carrying cases) Plumber found leak coming from the kitchen faucet - replaced the faucet apparatus and sprayer -
Requested service due to a leaking toilet. I was told to expect the plumber between 10:00 and 12:00. He called a few minutes before 10 to say he was on his way, and arrived about 5 minutes later. The two-man crew went right to work. My bathroom has a cabinet installed over the toilet, which they had to move. They moved the cabinet, fixed the toilet and put the cabinet back and cleaned up in 35 minutes. They were polite, friendly and very professional. I had kitchen faucet water coming out of the base of the disposal. Based on Angie's List ratings, I called Bewley Plumbing November 4, 2009, at 4:15 pm. Karen was responsive, friendly, professional--she gave me an appointment for November 5th (today!) between 8:00-9:00 am and told me the plumbers would call to say they were on their way. From the first time I talked to Karen in the office, she instilled confidence. I felt they were the right company to do the job since they knew the backgrounds of their workers. Their bid was comparable to two others I received, but Karen was vey detailed and knowledgeable, so I knew exactly what to expect. Outstanding service. They explained everything very clearly and offered alternative solutions when needed. Cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Bewley to anybody and will use them again. Routing water heater maintenance and disconnection of extra water heater no longer needed. Also provided valuable advice about pipe freezing, etc.
Quick appointment that afternoon. arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. Worked until completed. Replace leaking main water line from meter under sidewalk to good portion. Had to trench for more direct path.
Got a call saying they were on the way (same day as my call). They arrived on time and completed repairs within an hour. They showed me what was wrong with the old faucet and gave me some preventative maintenance tips. Overall, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again if needed. Had a leaky outsde faucet which they replaced. Had them look at the other outside faucet to check on it since they were already here (not leaking, just wanted to make sure it was OK) and they said it was just fine.
I chose this company based on the reviews I read on Angie's List. Bewley Plumbing was great from the very beginning. I spoke with Karen at the office to schedule an appointment for an upstairs toilet that was leaking at the base of the tank and a downstairs toilet that was loose, and it was so nice to get someone courteous from the start.
