I looked and read reviews on several different plumbing companies and with it being on a weekend, I knew that my choices were going to be limited without paying an arm and a leg. I had narrowed it down to four companies and Bewley was the first one I called. From start to finish they were extremely knowledgeable and courtous. Even with some changes everything went smooth. I will definently use them for future projects we have coming up. I called them early in the morning, and they were at my home by 9:30 to drain my water heater. Initially we thought we were going to have to have a LP water heater, but with them looking in the closet we were able to use electric which was a huge savings. It was no problem for them to redo the order to reflect the change.
It went very well - the representative (Carl, I believe) arrived early and was courteous and professional, explaining the issue to me at length and fixing it quickly for a decent price. He even cut open the old faucet to show me the problem. He was actually replacing a faucet that he had installed a couple of years before, but was past the 1-yr parts warranty. Carl, our plumber from Bewley, was very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. I liked how he was able to show in layman's terms exactly what was needed to fix the problem. He was in and out in under half an hour. He was courteous and professional. It was a very positive experience. I strongly recommend Bewley Plumbing. Our toilet had a slow leak. The service technician, Carl, called to let me know he was on his way. On arrival, I showed him where the problem was, and he gave me the best and worst case scenario with costs. He was thorough, efficient (we had the best possible outcome) and professional. The work was completed quickly and he gave me some suggestions on how to maintain the repair and the general state of my external faucets during cold weather. The men who did the estimate and the installation were very considerate and answered all my questions. The installers cleaned up after themselves. The person scheduling the estimate and the installation was friendly and professional and the estimator and installers showed up in the time frame they said they would. I no longer have to wait 5 minutes for hot water in my shower and can fill my garden tub up before running out of hot water. They were great! I just wish water heaters/plumbers didn't cost so much! Bewley Plumbing is THE BEST, I have trusted noother company with my plumbing for the past 15 years. As always, during my most recent servicethey were courteous, punctual, and professional, and I enjoyed working wih Carl and Bryan. Replaced a hose bib, removed a toilet that was grouted to the floor, and repaired shower trim.
Every thing went well. The old heater was removed, the new heater installed, the area reclaimed, and installation passed city inspection. Because I had no hot water, the Plumber determined that I needed a new hot water heater. He returned the following day and installed the new heater.
