He got here on time and I led him to the places I needed repair. He gave me verbal estimates and then I gave him the ok to start on each one. Both of the items were fixed within an hour and I was very happy with the repairs He replaced a leaking outside faucet and a wax ring on a toilet. He was quick and tidy.

I just moved from out of state to Texas and no one could give me a good referral for a plumber, so I was on my own to find one. Bewley's Plumbing was AWESOME!!! The lady who answered the phone was so sweet and helpful. I was able to get someone to do an estimate within a day (on the day I needed) and when I decided to go ahead and get the work done, they were able to schedule it again on the day I needed. Everything went great! I called and they were able to schedule me on the exact day and time that I needed. The very nice lady who answered the phone gave me a window in which Carl would show up and he arrived right on time. I have to admit I was surprised when he called to tell me he was on the way, because most companies don't show up until the very last minute. We had a very positive experience. The box containing the new valve was missing an important part so they did have to come back the next day to complete the work but that only took a few minutes and we were very pleased. We recently moved into a home where the hot water heater is located in the attic and it did not have an emergency shut off valve. We checked Angie's list and called Bewley Plumbing for an estimate. I was very pleased with the service, communication, and courtesy. I contacted Bewley by email through Angie's List. Received phone call back from Karen at 8:00am next morning. Karen was a pleasure to deal with. Scheduled the work, which was completed promptly. The valve was completely buried under 24 year old landscaping. Required removal of shrubs & various plants to get to the leak. Leak repaired, shrubs replaced, AND I now have easy access to the main water cut-off. The plumber was professional, courteous, and on time. He quicklly connected the toilet, and he took my requirements for an estimate for installing a new toilet. The main office for Bewley called the same day with the estimate. I have not decided to accept the estimate until I check with other plumbers. The plumber from Bewley connected the bathroom toilet to the water source. I also received an estimate on installing a new toilet.

We have used Bewley twice before and have been very impressed. We called their office, spoke with Karen. She asked the right questions and gave us a quote to provide and install a 6 year or an 8 year water heater. Provided the information about the specific water heater, plus the cost if we provided our own water heater. After researching water heaters decided the one they would install was among the best. Service great, called morning of May 2nd, someone was out same day. Overall pleased except for the price. I don't use plumbers often so maybe out of touch but I thought the price charged for the short amount of time it took to handle the repair was a bit steep. Vendor offers a discount for Angie's list members, which helped a little. Toilet connector to shut off valve leaking. Replace shut off valve and toilet connector.

The work went fine. They came out, did their job, and left. It wasn't really that big of a deal. They just had to find the drain pipe and use the Rooter. I think plumbing services are overpriced, and their prices were mediocre, though probably better than most. They were here on time. They fixed a drain pipe clog.
