I called at 8:30 & was told they could be there by 1:00 PM arrived on time and stayed until job was finished, Carl was professional & friendly - good job!. Installed 5 lavotary faucet, 1 kitchen faucet, dishwasner, disposal, and 6 sink drain lines.
I've finally found a plumbing service I can highly recommend! I called Bewley based on their ratings on the List. Kevin came out promptly per our appointment time. Both shut off valves behind the washer were replaced. Kevin did excellent work as well as being pleasant and courteous. I'll definitely all Bewley again when we need need plumbing services. We had a leak develop in the hot water shut off valve behind our washer.
The plumber worked through all the mud/water and cold air and re-arranged the piping to minimize the potential of crackingagaindue to the dramatic changes in temps of the soil. Plumber also explained how much everything would cost before he begun, and even gave me some ideas of costs for other work I may need to do in the house in the future. They came within the time frame scheduled.They were courteous, professional, and they were helpful on giving the discount. They did a great job.We have used them before and will again. They replaced the kitchen sink faucet and drain pipe.They also replaced the cartridge for the hot water faucet in the bathroom.
The heater was replaced in a timely fashion and they took care not to get water on the carpet. I have issues with my laundry backing up through my powder room toilet. Warren and Bryon were able to clear the clog and ran the camera through to see what was going on. I truly appreciated the time they took to show me how the camera worked and explain what I was looking as the camera went through the pipes. He did identify the problem. He even notified the city of the problem. I was very satisfied with his services. One of the toilets was not working. It turned out to be a problem with the city sewer system.
We have used Bewley Plumbing in the past and just like previous times, Carl was on time, professional, and very happy to explain the repairs needed as well as anything we need to keep an eye out for in the future. The kitchen faucet was replaced without any problems, and Carl was able to re-seat the gasket in the master bath shower drain so it allowed the drain cover to sit flush with the shower pan. The original estimate was less than the final time the plumber came to install the faucets. But it was still within budget and he had been helpful and professional, so we had him to do the job. He did a great job. the pipes and faucet were 15 years old and extremely difficult to remove. It was well worth the money. estimate. removed old bathtub faucet and replaced with new faucet and pipes.
