Came in like a house on fire -- told me he was the Service Manger or Supervisor and had what I would call an Apprentice with him. (luckily I saw the truck and the apprentice's shirt) because he never introduced himself beyond a title. He also had a 3 ring binder with him. The replaced the wax ring in the downstairs toilet. I just feel that the price way too much, considering that the part is a $5.00 dollar part at a hardware store.

It was a simple thing and there were absolutely no issues with them. They were on time and polite. My husband kept some of their cards so he must have really liked them. It didn't take too much skill to do the work. They didn't installed anything, they just took the unit out. We had an apparatus that would instantly heat the water and it got old and leaked. It was a unit under the sink and it would heat the water until the hot water got there. They took out the unit.

Called out to provide quote to move some shower heads. Since we are planning to remodel the showers next year he gave me an option that only cost $50 as temporary solution. Only paid call out fee. .

I had discovered there was water damage when I saw that one side of the drapes rod had pulled out of the wall. The plaster had been damaged along with the ceiling above the window. I called a Plumberthat I had used several times (from Anglie's List). That plumber could not schedule a appointment till Monday. This was Tuesday, I couldn't imagine waiting five days for fixing a water leak. I then looked on Angies List for another plumber. Bewley's could come the next day. Plumber arrived w/in indicated scheduling interval of 1pm to 3pm; diagnosed repair issue & replaced hose bib on exterior wall damaged by freeze w/in one hour. Angie's List 10% discount applied to the job's cost. Plumber was knowledgeable but used caulk material to fill around replacement hose bib vs. a more solid like material (i.e., mortar or cement) because he indicated he had no orther material on his truck. Warranty indicated was one year parts & 90 days labor. Replaced hose bib on exterior wall damaged by freeze

The company had a two man crew available immediately, which came out to evaluate the slab leak within a couple of hours of my call. They were able to come the next morning to start the job. The person answering the phone did not sound like a receptionist, but perhaps one of the owners, or, one of the plumbers -- low social phone skills. Throughout the experience all three of the people I communicated with were polite and seemed eager to serve.
