They showed up on time, were friendly and professonal. I don't have anyone to compare on price price but I doubt it would have been cheaper with anyone else. The water value for the water line for the refrigerator ice maker needed to be replaced so we could change refrigerators. They cut out the old value that was not working and installed a new value. It took them about an hour.

Never had the work done. I called them for an estimate --They were nice on the phone and they sent somebody out promptly. He told me he will get back with me next week for the estimate????? I thought that was a little odd. To this date I still do not have an estimate.

I scheduled. They sent Jackie. He came in and made sure that he understood what needed to be done before starting work. When he started, I started my timer. It was at 56:34 when he was done, and he correctly charged me for 1 hour. Then we talked about estimates for doing what was necessary when I start putting things back together. It was very pleasant--no hassles, no surprises. The only thing that I might quibble with is that parts were $63.20. If I had gone to Home Depot or Lowe's, I know the parts would not have been near... read more

Master bath toilet was wobbly. No leaking or anything. Kevin arrived on time after booked appt. After he removed toilet he showed me the rotten flange and that there was not enough concrete slab underneath to hold a new flange securely. He had to do repairs in 2 separate days because he had to pour a concrete patch and let it set overnight to be able to hold the flange bolts in place. He installed the flange and reset the toilet. It has not been 3 months and no problems. They provide a 90 day warranty on reapirs, but were sp... read more

Personal performing the job was meticulous - but didn't actually start the job until an hour into our time. There was too much time sent (in my opinion) in job "set-up" as I call it and chatting. I have had this exact job done in the past, and it typically takes one to one and a half hours. We were charged for two and a half hours time. After spending time in "set-up" where I queried the exact dimensions of the future fitting to determine where it should go - all I really wanted for it was to be located exactly where it alre... read more

I noticed a leak in my garage at the base of the wall by the door to my laundry room late Sunday afternoon. It was a small amount of water that was seeping onto the floor so I called and left a message requesting a call back in the morning. I received the call from them immediately after they opened for work that morning and a service call was arranged for sometime in the afternoon. I told them I would need a little notice before they got there as it would take me 40 minutes to get home from work. They were awesome about sta... read more

Excellent, we will continue to use and recommend Bewley Plumbing going forward. We were previously "members" of the Ben Franklin service plan. Ben Franklin charged us $280 for a visit the day before to replace a leaky turn-off valve - they were in the house for less than 15 minutes. At that time they estimated another $1300+ as follows: $410 to re-set our existing pedestal sink along with an estimate of $450 to install 2 (plumber supplied) new toilets. Originally, I had difficulty even getting a price quote over the phone fo... read more
