This is the second time that I have used Bewley Plumbing and have been very pleased both times. In both cases, we had a clogged drain. Once inside the house in an upstairs bathroom and this time on the outside of the house in the drain line between the house and the main sewer line. I called the main number this morning at around 10:00 AM and quickly had a call back from the technician. He was at our house and had the problem solved by 11:30. This is the second time we have used this company and have been very pleased. There was a leak in the line from the meter by the street on our side. I dug out all the dirt and about half way under the sidewalk until I came across the leak. Decided to have the plumber do the rest of the work. He stated that the pipe was bad and it was being used by all home builder's in our area during the 80"s. We may at some point replace the old line completely and replace from the meter at the street to the house.

I called the company and got a quote over the phone. Another highly rated company wanted to come out and give me an estimate . I chose Bewley because they quoted me over the phone. Once I knew when I could be home, I called and they were able to come out at the time I requested. Technician was professional and cleanly dressed in company clothing (he might get dirtier as the day progresses, as this was the first call). He installed the toilet in about an hour and 20 mins. I contacted Bewley Plumbing on Thursday afternoon and they were able to schedule a site visit to check out the project and give anestimatethe following Monday morning. Warren showed up and I reviewed the particulars of the install with him. He gave me and estimate and said he could schedule the work for Friday morning. On Friday morning, Carl and Brian showed up as scheduled to do the install. They were both in uniform and very professional. My husband and I already knew we didn't have a leaky above the ground. We looked everywhere. I called Bewley Tuesday morning and they came out within 2 hours. I was scared it was a slab leak and as soon as Carl got there he was able to confirm I did. He told me up front how much this repair would cost (it's not cheap) and was able to do enough diagnostics to assure me and himself he had located the correct source of the problem. Great broken gate valve so had no water for house - after calling 7 plumbers who were either closed or unavaible, Bewleys was able to come in 15 minutes and repaired problem within the hour.

After my water heater sprung a leak we called Bewely to come out and give us an estimate to replace the water heater. Hutch came out and gave us an estimate. I was actually out of town at the time and my wife was home and dealt directly with him. After he had completed the estimate I spoke with him on the phone. He suggest a flood block which was an extra $288. I had intended to ask him about this so I was glad he had included it in the original estimate. The estimate for the whole thing was $1554. Called at 8am, they arrived at 10:15 that same morning. Could have been there sooner had I been home to receive them. Took about an hour. They did a great job. Had two showers with water temperature problems due to a faulty valve.

Was having the septic line back up into downstairs bathrooms off and on for 6 months from roots growing into outside drain pipe. Carl came out and was able to cut through the roots to unclog pipes and then inserted a camera down the pipe to see where the problem was. It happened to be right near all the utility lines in the ground near the street. He was very professional and friendly.
