Two uniformed men did the work. Really only needed one but one seemed to be a trainee. The work was good. Unstopped clean out from outside.
Called Bewley on Wednesday and made an appointment for Thursday. I was given a 3 hour window. Thursday the technician called within the window and reported they were 15 minutes away. They arrived promptly and were dressed in Bewley uniforms.The team listened to the problem and quickly assessed the situation and provided an estimate by checking in their binder (billed by the job not by the hour it seems). They are wonderful. I use them for all of my plumbing needs. They are very competitive. They are on purpose, much cheaper. They are also family owned. They just do a great job. If you have any problems, they come right back. They try to bring the same plumber back. I'm so pleased with them that I don't search for anybody else. I hired Bewley Plumbing to replace something in the tank.
They were extremely prompt and helpful. The two gentleman who came out to install the new water heater were pleasant and walked me through all of the safety features of the new water heater, which as a relatively new home owner was much appreciated. My water heater broke and leaked water all over my kitchen. Bewley plumbing came out the next day and gave me an estimate. Once accepted, they came out within two hours of the estimate to install a new one. They brought me up to code and even set up my inspection with the city.
Plumber arrived on time, assessed my situation and gave me an estimate for each of the two issues. Completed the work quickly and professionally and was careful to clean up afterwards. Wonderful! they came out within on hour of being called explained options and provided a cost saving solution highly recommended! Hot water heater was not working.
Extremely professional. Gave me upfront pricing and possible scenarios. Located problem quickly, told me how much it would be and fixed problem. Everything was done professionally and the area of the repair looks brand new. Fixed leaking plumbing/spigot.
Called early and came as planned, water heater in the attic, completed job, checked and turned water back on, and no real inconvenience Flood stop on water heater.
They came promptly on time. It was a rainy day and they put covers on their shoes to prevent dirt/water into the home. My hot water heater is on the 2nd floor. They prepared the stairs and the path with plastic cover to keep the flooring clean. They removed the old unit, brought up the new unit and was done fairly quickly. Carl was very courteous and pleasant. They replaced a 13 year old gas hot water heater.
